The Elusive Six Pack
1. Make carbohydrates the focus of your diet: Carbs are a primary source of energy during exercise, so meals and snacks should be based on carbohydrates. 
2. Fruit & vegetables should be a priority: they supply a range of vitamins and minerals needed to release the energy from carbs, fats and proteins and and help you recover from heavy training sessions.
3. Pay attention to your fluid needs: dehydration decreases your performance, so take a bottle of water with you to work and training. If you perspire a lot and/or if the weather is hot, you will need to increase your fluid intake.

NIKE today unveiled Nike+ Basketball and Nike+ Training, two new experiences connecting digitally enabled footwear with interactive mobile applications that together deliver a revolutionary sport experience. First unveiled for running products in 2006, NIKE+ has grown into a community of six million digitally connected athletes and is set to expand with the recent launch of the NIKE+ FuelBand, a wrist-based device designed to track everyday activity.


The wonder and beauty that is the human mind

I notice it’s the fact that I seem to have a better sense of will in regards to going to gym or going for a run than others, I wonder that comes from. What’s more strange is that it’s not pervasive, for example my will dissipates when I know I have to do some work I don’t want to do when I also have a cool series yet to be watched.
