You may have heard about the new innovation on the FNB Banking App called “Geo Payments”. Geo Payments allows you to find ‘n pay other FNB App users within a 500m radius without having to add their Bank account details.
It works a little something like this:

For those who aren’t familiar with the term in this context, “specs” is short for specifications — in the case of design, they are instructions that specify colors, fonts, sizes, spacing and so on, just like a blueprint. Specs are a crucial part of the design and development process for companies with big teams and for small companies that have to outsource some of their development. Specs function not only as instructions to developers, but also as a reference point to make sure the whole team is on the same page.
However, the process of producing specs is repetitive and time-consuming, especially for creatives. But now this can all change:Specctr, together with Adobe Fireworks, offers a quick and easy way to generate this important information automatically.

Love it when that happens…

Johannesburg - The SA National Roads Agency Limited (Sanral) is not ready to proceed with the tolling of Gauteng’s roads because no exemption has been made for public transport, the North Gauteng High Court heard on Tuesday.
“Although Sanral contests the urgency (of this application) …the truth of it is that it is not ready to proceed (with tolling) on the 30th of April because exemptions are not in place,” said Alistair Franklin, for the applicants, who include the Opposition to Urban Tolling Alliance (Outa).
Outa and others are trying to stop tolling because, according to court papers, Sanral failed to give proper notice of the intent to toll, the decision to toll was unreasonable, and that proper enforcement of the system was “practically impossible”.
Franklin submitted that despite numerous assurances that public transport would be exempted, no steps to realise this had taken place. The applicants were thus seeking to have the toll tariffs reviewed and set aside. This was among the arguments contained in an affidavit filed by the applicants on Saturday.
David Unterhalter, for Sanral, said the affidavit had been filed “at the 11th hour” and did not afford the respondents, who include Sanral and the transport minister, adequate time to respond.
He called it “a very considerable expansion of the case” which would prejudice Sanral.
If the court was willing to entertain the new arguments, Unterhalter said the matter should be postponed to allow Sanral time to respond.
“We ask this court to strike the application.”

Gorgeousness in metallic form, this new beauty just entered the office today and my heart has never beaten so fast. Makes exquisite cappuccino’s with a mere singular caress of a button. She unabashedly grinds down the beans to give more de la creme finish. All while leaving the most enticing aroma which is a siren to us all at the office mercilessly drawing us in for “just on more shot”…

Actually that was how I used to have my site, the current layout is via Tumblr. Far more user friendly and there are many options to go without needing any coding knowledge.

The Internet is, by most scientific estimates, friggin’ huge.
While only about one-third of the world’s population is connected, the amount of data we generate and consume is likely to blow your hair back. Perhaps the best way to put all those petabytes in perspective is to look at what goes down in a single day.
How much “stuff” happens on the Internet every 24 hours? Would you believe that people send 294 billion emails are sent? That 2 million blog posts are written? That 864,000 hours of video are uploaded to YouTube alone? How am I supposed to watch all of that when I’m only on season one of Downton Abbey?
Really can’t stop listening to this girl. I remember when I considered my self a Hard Rock guy, what happened. Just hypnotic, I could so easily fall asleep listning to this softly drifting in the background while memories collude to infiltrate my dreams of girls that were loved and lost.

1. Make carbohydrates the focus of your diet: Carbs are a primary source of energy during exercise, so meals and snacks should be based on carbohydrates.
2. Fruit & vegetables should be a priority: they supply a range of vitamins and minerals needed to release the energy from carbs, fats and proteins and and help you recover from heavy training sessions.
3. Pay attention to your fluid needs: dehydration decreases your performance, so take a bottle of water with you to work and training. If you perspire a lot and/or if the weather is hot, you will need to increase your fluid intake.
Dan Lyons a writer who used to be quite respected in his day, just keeps messing up and trying to keep his name alive via insulting more well know tech jounalists. Went on MG Siegler and Michael Arrington a few weeks ago and now aiming (read: failing) at Robert Scoble just too much fun to watch as his hypocrisy comes to bite his ass. Please oh please piss off Pete Cashmore next…
